3 Day Fast: Day 4 Afternoon |
I’m just finishing up with my circuit training in the gym. Still haven’t ate. Truthfully, I’m not hungry right now. I am feelin kinda tired though, so I might just take a nap. With so much food to choose from I’m being picky about what I want to eat first. I know I don’t want fast food–even though a Big Mac, a $6 Burger, Crisscut Fries, and a Frozen Coke sound hella nice.
Do you think I got use to not eating?
