Don’t take all nonaction as inaction.

Ronin

After I don’t know how long of having the movie I finally watched RONIN. The storyline was good. The action was a little to flaky for me though. I mean some of the car scene’s were a little over the top. How many times have you swung your ride just to park without stuntin?  Some realness to it though. All the people were strangers to each other. None knew what the other person was capable of, or where they came from. I forgot to tell you what a Ronin was though huh.

Ronin - A samurai without a lord or master during the feudal period of Japan. A samurai became masterless either from death(illness, age, or war), loss of privilege or favor.

There’s a story in Japan about the 47 Ronin. Their master was killed in a betrayal making all 47 of them Ronin. For 3 years they plotted while acting as samurai, beggars, madmen, and thieves. Then the night came of the attack. They killed the killer of their master then committed Seppuku(suicide). Basically they stab them self with their sword in the stomach and pull it across to the other side. Usually someone stands behind them to behead them after its done.

This show’s a lot about a person’s honor. They served their master to the end. I would assume they had a master that treated them good. Real good if you ask me. At the sametime who wouldnt want to take out the person who would do something to your boss like that. Back to the movie. Robert De Niro during the first parts of the movie was iffy about everyone in there. He ended up meetin someone in Paris who had the juug on tracing cell phones back in 98. Some old high school buddy of his. Later on he gave 2 rules that he learned.

  • Rule 1

When ever there’s any doubt, there is no doubt.

  • Rule 2 (If they ask)

I don’t remember.

  • Rule 3

No Questions. No answers. That’s the business way. You accept it and move on.

How will YOU react?

10% is the action and 90% is the reaction. Some repeat. Some don’t. But it’s you who recognizes and decides the best option of response.
